For online orders of 1 to 4 products, we charge USPS priority rates for shipping in the continental US. For orders of 5 or more products, we charge standard UPS ground rates for shipping in the continental US. (Rates are calculated by the recipient's location and total weight of shipment). Expect delivery 5-12 business days after the order is processed.
We do not offer shipping outside the continental US at this time.
Delivery confirmation information is available and can be provided upon request.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all nuzzlemom.com orders. All items purchased from nuzzlemom.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt or order confirmation.
To return a product to Nuzzle, follow these simple steps:
1. Forward your order confirmation email, along with reason for return, to email@example.com.
2. Send your return along with original order confirmation to: Nuzzle Returns, 3225 SW 87th Ave #25607, Portland, OR 97225.
3. Expect a total processing time of 4-6 weeks to receive your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for original order within 30 days.
Exchanges will ONLY be accepted on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to Nuzzle as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on exchange items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Nuzzle (e.g. wrong item or color).
Nuzzle will only return/exchange items purchased through nuzzlemom.com and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a Nuzzle retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
PLEASE NOTE: Expect a total processing time of 4-6 weeks to receive your refund or exchange. In many cases, it will be received sooner.
Returns should be properly packaged and sent at the customer's expense (unless item was damaged or defective) to the address above.
Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. Nuzzle will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. We highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.

If your purchase has not performed as expected (you are experiencing button or hook and hoop issues, seam splits or malfunctions), we'll be happy to send you a replacement or replacement part.

Nuzzle honors every request to unsubscribe from receipt of emails as quickly as we can after receiving the request, not only for promotional emails that Nuzzle sends, but also for emails about Nuzzle that we permit other companies to send to their own list of subscribers. As such, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, Nuzzle will provide to such companies the email address of anyone who has submitted to Nuzzle an unsubscribe request, provided such company agrees not to disclose or use such email address for any other purpose than honoring your request to not receive Nuzzle promotional emails.

In keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Nuzzle will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13, without first seeking prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a user of our website is under the age of 13 and has provided an online registration without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove that child's personal information from our files.
